I've spent one year in self imposed quarantine or lockdown. Last February my wife and I decided to shut in and stay at home as much as possible to avoid COVID. It's been horrible for my mental and physical health. Today's video is a rant about what the effects of the lockdown have been for my mental health, and how it has negatively affected my world view.
