This is the second stage of The Nexus build for Project Nebuchadnezzar. This time we are building the crossroads and fleshing out the custom Nether biomes that meet at The Nexus.

To the northwest, a crimson forest has sprouted and will continue beyond the confines of the crossroads, skirting a large underground lava lake.

In the north, work will continue beyond The Nexus on a basalt mountain with lava terraces on its sides.

In the northeast, the Nether has corrupted the land into a Soul Sand Valley; further out beyond The Nexus area this will transition to a deep canyon comprised of Soul-type blocks with floating islands of Warped Forest high above.

In the east and southeast, Netherrack will give way to jagged mountains and valleys of blackstone.

In the west and south, the Jungle remains, but is slowly wilting and burning away from the influence of the Nether.

Minecraft Warp Speed Builds is the building process cut down to its bare essentials and sped up to 3000x or whatever is necessary to make the runtime 1 minute or less. All warp speed builds are made on our SMP server.

MOD LIST / CONFIGURATION:
We are running Minecraft 1.17.1 with OptiFabric, Physics Mod and ReplayMod. The texture pack is MYTHIC, and the shader is Complementary.

The SMP Server is set to Hard and built with Fabric and has the Mob Spawning Light Level mod set to light level 0 (to have parity with upcoming changes), as well as a few quality of life mods.
