I started working on this a few months ago after accidentally deleting the original from my laptop, I just never released it after taking a break to learn C++ and OpenGL. I am partially glad that I deleted it, because the engine is really flexible this time around, and if you're saavy enough, you could modify the stages or create your own custom stage. This is just to show that the engine is functional, and if I'm feeling up to it, I'll try my best to work on the animations and get all of the necessary models ripped. My drive for this project is dwindling, but I'll power through. In future updates, the UI may be revamped to something more stylish and there will be different Game UI modes, just in case some people don't like Um Jammer Lammy's UI. Only Um Jammer Lammy stages have been implemented so far, and can be accessed via the custom menu for now.

So far, you are judged REALLY generously. Although, spam buttons and watch what happens... I could only come up with a rough idea about how the whole judging system works, so it isn't perfect, not by a long shot. When Debug Mode is enabled, you get that helpful text and the metronome.

Controllers are supported, but you may need to configure the controller before it works properly. You can use the keyboard as well, but I wouldn't recommend it. No custom keyboard bindings at the moment. Also, if something is missing, it hasn't been implemented, and is only a placeholder.
