Persona Q - AIGIS SMASH!
89TL;DR: Aigis hits Elizabeth's Zeus form for 245361 points of damage in a single round.
The reason this works is because ZeusLizabeth is scripted to cast Diarahan the first time she's brought to 0 HP and can not die before she does that.
This was done using Ardha (http://i.imgur.com/Mm3wVsq.jpg) plus skill cards for Infinite Link, Power Charge, Shura Tensei, and Death's Scythe. Other prep work: Death Chaser on the entire party; Heat Riser on Aigis; Dragon Cry on Koromaru; and Teardrop, Debilitate, and Rakunda on Elizabeth. Aigis is level 99 with 99 Strength.
Note that this requires four rounds of setup since Aigis must use Dragon Cry, Power Charge, Orgia, and Shura Tensei before she can attack, so bring Eternal Melody on your navigator! (Or I guess you can start with Shura Tensei, which doesn't wear off on its own, and just heal Aigis every round to offset the damage it does.)
I previously tried doing this with Yukari (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0d2NOV4bLE) and managed ~160k. Aigis lacks Tornado Boost (wind damage +50%), but is still better off since Orgia Mode doubles her damage output.
