Welcome to a new photoshop series where we look at beginner photoshop techniques. In this tutorial we will be looking at how to select parts of the image using the magic wand,quick selection and magnetic lasso tools. We will also be looking at how to set Hue and Saturation of an image using the colourize option to change the tone and color of part of the image. We will then use monotone on the background layer to contrast the colorful lady in the picture to the black and white background.
