Planet Explorers Alpha 0.62 Review - An Open World Sandbox RPG
In this video I review Planet Explorers, A game that has been successfully Kickstarted and currently in version 0.62 of it's alpha. If you're a fan of open world creation games be sure to check this one out!

Game Modes
Single Player
Story Mode - 136km map, missions, town building, farming, diplomacy, optional storyline
Adventure Mode - 256mx256m and 512x512m map sizes (Will be unlimited in future) - Basically Story mode without the story
Build Mode - 256mx256m and 512x512m map sizes (will be unlimited in future) No enemies - Infinite amount of building material
Multiplayer(LAN, Player Hosted, Or Online)
Coop - Adventure Mode, Tower Defence, Build Mode, Ext
Versus - 4 v 4 (Base defense, ctf, and something similar to MOBAS)
Features
Smooth Voxel Terrain - AKA no more blocks (Take that Minecraft)
Large Overworld - Main story world is not procedural (just very large)
Procedural worlds - Also available for other modes.
Creations System - Enables players to hand construct weapons, vehicles, planes, boats, buildings, obejects (possibly mechs)
Building and Digging - Just like other voxel based games you can mine dig explore and collect ores
Replication System (crafting) - Once you find a script for an item you can craft that item if you have the materials
Enemies - (Over 100 types, some aggresive some skiddish)
Settlement Building - Able to build colonys and recruit npcs to come live with you form your journeys
Farming/Growing - You have to fee your settlement population or they will starve (Farming, herding, fishing)
Diplomacy/War - Other alien race colony's, will you decide to war or work with them?
