This was such a close call for me because I like them both a lot, but in the end it comes down to the fighting portion. It feels more fulfilling in Soul Sacrifice and I enjoy the story more as well.

Keep in mind Soul Sacrifice has much smaller arena type levels, where Ragnarok's levels are much vaster but has a lot of filler in terms of enemies to kill etc.
