Pocket Build is an amazing mobile city builder for IOS and Android. You have total creative control over every aspect of your town or city.
The updates they've made over the past few months have been great additions to the game, especially with the controls. Although there are still a few bits needed here or there, the game ticks all of the boxes for me.
If you're interested in city bulders and love having creative freedom then you should definitely give Pocket Build a try.
