What happens when you take the excellent intro video from the 1997 Capcom video game, Megaman X4, and then re-encode it using an extremely outdated digital video format [ Cinepak: since 1991 ] and at a limited pallet of only 256 colors? [ 8-bit color ] You get bizarre results like these! Almost makes this video look like some kind of an odd fever-dream, or you got WAY too high off of something.

We ended up using the original, unedited version of this game's intro, mainly to see how the brighter colors and brighter flashes would respond to this 30+ year old digital video format. Suffice to say, the results speak for themselves. XD
