Tinkering around on the drums, and I've been practicing (almost) daily for a few months now and I really dig "ghost" notes on the snare drum. For anybody that hasn't heard of the term "ghost" notes before, they are the soft, quiet notes played in between all of the other ones that help give the beat a bit more feel and groove.
