Send the best team to 1 stage, get the 40k Level Reward, reset and send the team to another stage.
Do this for all 3 stages to get the 40k Level Reward.
Couldn't get 40k Level Reward from Lower Mines, best was 30k Level Reward.
After getting the Highest reward from all 3 stages, reset the stages and make 3 teams to get the best Point Reward that I can.
Took many retries, video only show the final attempt that got the highest points.

General idea is kill the fodders as much as possible while also kill or deal as much damage as possible to the High HP Boss.
Next fodder waves only come after completely killing current fodder waves, it's not time based. Faster kills mean more waves.
Lower Mines:
Wendy and Pacassi kill the fodders from the South. EMP and Luvia Ray deals with the Head Porters. Wendy go back and forth between North and South side.
As Last Stand and Head Porters stacks go up, eventually Pacassi alone can hold off all the fodders from the South.
Illusory Lakebed:
Labyrinth need to keep 2 charges up, so can break Doll - Elites alone. Need to click fast such that Labyrinth can use her Ultimate twice on the Doll - Elites before they can Stun Labyrinth with their normal attack.
Use all Empower on Nox, keep Nox in Ultimate mode as much as possible.
Wonderland Revisit:
Hecate and Gekkabijin save Ultimate to break Timerobot's core.
Use Deren and Eirene's Utimate to break Timerobot's core or kill fodders depend on need.
Need to break Timerobot''s core ASAP.
Put Gekkabijin in Timerobot's 3x3 square.
