Welcome to my Ratchet & Clank Series Analysis where I go over The Product of Change. This Ratchet and Clank Analysis will focus on the changes the Ratchet and Clank series went through and the consequences that came along with it. This is not a Ratchet and Clank review or a Ratchet and Clank critique, But it's a Ratchet and Clank Analysis on The Product of Change. Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart is coming out on the PS5 soon, so I'll be doing an analysis of that game as well in the future.
If you’ve been a long time viewer of my channel, then you’d most likely remember that I’m a pretty big fan of the ratchet and clank franchise. In fact, I even made two videos about what I thought were the worst and the best the franchise had to offer Originally, I didn’t have any intentions to cover more of these games on this channel. But with the announcement of Ratchet and Clank Rift apart, I decided to do a little marathon in my free time. From the original all the way up to the 2016 game, I even watched the film as well because I hate myself.
But I’m not going to take time out of everyone’s day to talk about the series in terms of design and gameplay because these games are all derivative of each other. Chances are, if you like one game, you’ll like them all. But instead, I want to talk about something a little different. I want to go over how the story and themes of Ratchet and Clank not only evolved, but also go over the consequences that came with this evolution. Before I get started, I think I should give a little introduction for the Ratchet games just in case you’re a new subscriber and are unaware of what this series is about.
