(No Lap Skips in the title because there's an exploit that involves tricking the game into thinking you passed them. That's not really that fun to me. )
Basically just the 3-lap version of the Time Attack one I uploaded earlier. Yeah, if I had known it had a 3-lap one after all, I would have uploaded that first.
Having said that, Time Attack is a really cool concept though. Outrunning the characters for 6 seconds, allowing you to pass it pretty quickly, as opposed to just doing what Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing does where it loops forever. Far better imo. Mainly because I reeaally don't like starting speedruns where the music is half-way through playing. (I try to minimise this with Crash a lot) The naming conventions in this game are really messed up.
