3Vous en avez assez des putes des annonceurs qui prend Corona comme une excuse pour publicité? La publicité est partout. Il faut s'y habituer. Une avant-garde d'activistes, de maires et d'avocats se bat de plus en plus visiblement contre la publicité omniprésente. On ne peut pas s'en passer?
En 2020, près de 600 milliards d'euros seront dépensés en publicité dans le monde entier. Les citadins voient aujourd'hui beaucoup plus de publicités qu'il y a trente ans. Mais dans une société de l'information développée comme la nôtre, chacun est sûrement capable de penser par lui-même ce qu'il veut acheter? À quoi pourrait ressembler un avenir sans publicité, et comment pourrait-il être financé ?
Dans les abribus, dans les journaux et sur nos écrans, il y a maintenant une concurrence dévastatrice entre les annonceurs qui veulent influencer notre comportement. L'avocat Ramsi Woodcock, à qui nous avons parlé, dit : "Les panneaux d'affichage sont les cheminées de l'esprit. Il est temps de se débarrasser de cette infrastructure qui pollue l'esprit."
