Resident Evil 4 Remake 100% Achievement Playthrough - Part 31: Hardcore Difficulty S+ Rank Act 3
Hello everyone! This is Part 31 of a full 100% Achievement playthrough / gameplay walkthrough of the Resident Evil 4 Remake (2023) on the Xbox Series X.
A full playlist of all parts of this playthrough can be found here:

In this section we finish the Hardcore Difficulty S+ Rank 'speedrun', completing the entire third Act (Chapters 13-16).
The goal of this 5th and final playthrough is to earn the "S+ Rank Investigator" Achievement for finishing the game on Standard Difficulty with an S+ ranking, which requires completing the story in under 5.5 hours from a fresh, (not New Game+), save file.
Although this has to be done from a fresh save file, you *can* use any Bonus Weapons that you've unlocked, (such as the Chicago Typewriter, Handcannon, and Primal Knife). This makes this playthrough significantly easier, hence why I saved it for after unlocking the Bonus Weapons. I do also use 3 "Exclusive Upgrade Tickets" to instantly unlock Infinite Ammo / Durability for the weapons as soon as I get to the first Merchant in Chapter 2. These are an additional paid DLC item that costs $6.99 for 3 tickets. It does feel a little like 'cheating', or at the very least 'pay to win', but it is allowed to earn the Achievement and it significantly cuts down the time of the run since you don't have to farm as many Pesetas and wait until Chapter 9 to unlock infinite ammo for the weapons. I do still farm some Pesetas and Treasures to upgrade the damage of the weapons. I'm not following any efficient or planned out route or anything, I'm just kind of picking up things if they are right in my face and selling them to upgrade the weapons as I go. This might not be necessary when using the Upgrade Tickets, and might even actually make the run take longer compared to just running by as many things as possible, but I thought that it would be cool to have the weapons as strong as possible and so I did it. The hardest part of this run is the very first Chapter before you can upgrade your weapons, but by picking up all of the pre-order / Deluxe Edition and unlocked Bonus Weapons from the first typewriter and dumping the extra ammo from them into enemies when needed, it's not that bad. All in all this is a very straightforward and easy way to earn the required Achievement from this run, and so that's how I did it. It's definitely a little more challenging overall than the Standard Difficulty 'speedrun', due to the extra health that the enemies have and the extra damage that they deal, but pretty manageable overall.
I am skipping basically everything that I can here, including all Cutscenes / Comms Calls, to save as much time as possible. If you're interested in seeing any of that to get a better sense of the story, or the overall experience of all that the game has to offer, then be sure to check out my first Standard Difficulty playthrough, (which can be found in the Playlist linked at the top of this description), in which I watch every cutscene and complete every single thing that can be done in a single playthrough. =)
(Note: There seems to be some kind of audio distortion or pinging that happens in this recording occasionally. It only happens when I rapid fire the Chicago Typewriter in some locations. I'm not sure if it's coming from my recording software, hardware, or from the game itself. Not sure why it's happening, or if there's anything I can do about it, but I did want to apologize for it because it is quite jarring and annoying at a few points.)
I'll put some timestamps to the various Chapters here:
