***Notes***
- Bloodpacks will cause Leeches and Leechman to ignore all player characters and AIPCs once spilled.
- When player characters or AIPC suffer "BLEED" status the Leechman will ignore all other player characters and AIPCs and target the character in BLEED status. Leechman's running speed is based on the host. For player characters, characters with great speed such as Kevin, David, and Alyssa will be naturally fast as Leechman. Offline only Cindy, George, and Jim will become a Leechman if they die in the scenario.
- Passcode to access B2F will be either 3555, 5315, or 8211.
- Passcode for the rooftop will always be 0930. Note that the rooftop is unless to characters that are not Kevin and or Cindy since the dying cop only drops a weapon for them.
- A Bloodpack does not need to be spilled in the temperature room to kill the Leechman.
- If any player characters or AIPC partners die after the original Leechman dies they will turn into a new Leechman and cannot be killed for the remaining of the scenario.
- Giant Leech receives 4 times the damage from unarmed attacks and double the damage from melee weapons.
- There are 3 valves and 2 explosive tanks that can be used to damage the Giant Leech. Requires firearms to trigger.
