This is my Rocket Knight Adventures speedrun on Easy mode in 28:53, as timed from pressing Start to begin the game to the game fading to white after the escape sequence.

This isn't by any means great, and doesn't use all the best strats, but it is no death and it does represent the best of my knowledge. If I were to learn the Axel 3 quick kill and the snake quick kill in stage 2 I'd probably go a great deal closer to the record, but unless I decide I'm going to seriously go for it I think it's unlikely I'll learn those methods.
