I discovered this little hack of Mega Man 4 and I was quite impressed by it. So I thought I'd give it a shot. This is a Japanese rom so that's why it's Rockman and not Mega Man, but hey, we can at least witness some hilariously bad English. But the game overall is the opposite of bad.
