In this episode of Rookie Reviews we take a look at Blood Bowl 2, a turned-based RTS with a sports twist. Instead of X-Com's gunplay that leads to frustration and misery, you role the dice to see if your characters will manage to stay on their feet when they move or throw a ball.

Despite that the game is really fun and it can be played with a friend offline or online pretty easily. The vareity of races and playstyles is guaranteed to keep you playing until you find that one playstyle that suits you. Once you find it, you can take your time into the online section of the game and test your abilities against other people.

The music is upbeat and memorable and the visuals really sell you the idea that this is an exciting sporting event with millions of fans all across Warhammer universe.
