I grew up playing the original Digimon World for the PS1, and in doing this review series was very excited to get back to it and look at it with a more critical eye. The later Digimon World games changed their style with each entry, so I was itching for some PlayStation nostalgia. But how does it hold up? Do I remember it more fondly than it deserves?
