2Los Angeles police officer Carter is being demoted. Hong Kong policeman Lee has to guard Chinese Ambassador Han, who has arrived in Los Angeles to expose a Chinese crime syndicate. The assassin manages to injure the ambassador. Lee rushes after the criminal. Carter rushes to the crime scene, but only hinders Lee.
