So a friend and I started Saints Row IV today, and it's every bit as awesome as we expected it to be. Through some experimentation with car surfing and the dub-step gun, we managed to get the music from it to loop infinitely, even without the gun equipped.

BEST. GLITCH. EVER.

Although it does turn into slight ear rape after a while :P
