Inspired by @goldenhivemead I decided to make @drpepper wine, what’s the worst that could happen? Dr Pepper is one of my favourite soft drinks, the thought of it as a dry, spiced wine is really intriguing to me. It will take about a month to ferment. I’ll probably have to add more sugar or honey at some point during the ferment but I’ll come back to it in a few days and check in.
