Shadow of the Beast PS4 is a remake of the Psygnosis original that was first released on the Commodore Amiga & Atari ST.
Developed by Heavy Spectrum and published by Sony it takes the original concept 2D gameplay and updates it with modern visuals and enemies and environments inspired by the Roger Dean box art, and a reimagined soundtrack by Ian Livingstone.

It combines God of War like exploration with brutal combat that truly allows you to explore your animalistic side with deadly moves.

Shadow of the Beast for PlayStation 4 pays tribute to the original game and is it's own new experience. Watch this review to find out about its strengths and weaknesses!
