Edit: ShadowPlay does not record into RAM by default, you need to setup a RAM Drive using something like Gilisoft RAMDisk and then set ShadowPlay's temp folder to be on that RAM Drive. Its perfect! It wont make any writes onto your HDD / SSD in shadowmode if you use this method.
