I can't believe I managed to clear this game, it was merely a crazy thought a few months ago! x)
Actually, the Extra stage wasn't as hard as stage 10 (thanks to Shikieiki).
The scene that gave me trouble the most were Mokou's Five Turtles. Except this one, a little persistence made me learn the patterns quite effectively.
Yukari's Border Between Wave and Particle is intimidating and could be thought of as the hardest scene, but it has one huge weakness: its pattern is fixed making at least the three or four first picture extremely easy to take.
Anyway, it's done now, I had much fun and it's so rewarding to clear scenes! xD
