21I’m glad all of this information is in one book like this. I didn’t know too much about all of the spin offs and other games associated with Shin Megami Tensei before reading this. The first experience I had with the series was Persona 2 and even than I didn’t know it was part of something larger. This is a really nice book to have if you’re a fan of any part of the series.
I wish some of the Game Boy games had come out here in the US. Unfortunately, we probably would have received a heavily edited version, or it would have been too hard for Nintendo of America to edit out all of the things they would need to take out. With the games focus on religion and violence it’s kind of understandable Nintendo of America would have refused to bring these games over.
