Should have kept holding up the sky - Hardspace: Shipbreaker Early Access Gameplay episode 17
Today me and the crew return to Hardspace: Shipbreaker, a game where you take on the role of an orbital salvage engineer taking apart broken and worn-out spaceships all so that your corporate overlords can resell the parts for a massive profit, and you can pay off the massive debt that your corporate overlords saddled you with to cover the costs of getting you up into space all so that you can do their job for them. In this episode, I take apart one of the new Atlas class vessels that was just added with the most recent update. The salvage operation was fine assuming you don't count my reluctance to dive headfirst down a massive engine pylon all to hit a fuel cut off switch before a massive burning cut in the pipeline causes a chain reaction destroying many of the nice machinery in said engine. Still, I figured out the best was to salvage parts of the vessel in the end, even if I didn't hit all of my goals this time, and the computer still reads a large chunk of the ship still missing even if I managed to clear the entire bay. Enjoy. Episodes since last fatal accident: 17
