Famous Thief, Garrett actually wanted to retire about a year ago, but nay Constantine was actually the god of the Pagans and wanted to destroy the city... So Garrett banished him but now the city is in an even worse state as before, with a overpowered city watch and a new Hammerite separatist cult, the Mechanists. Can Garrett fix what he has broken?

The City Watch is ushering a new age. Instead of just arresting the lowly Thieves they now target the fences and bookmakers, making live for thief really hard. Garret got information, that the City Watch is having internal struggles and there is the opportunity to frame one of the high ranking officers thus releaving the pressure on the streets.
