Step 1 = After the first cutscene with your mother, go in the basement and pick up the remote for the garage situated on the water pump.

Step 2 = Go outside and open the garage with the remote.

Step 3 = In the garage, pick up the steel pipe and then pry a locker with the steel pipe to obtain the empty gas can

Step 4 = When leaving the garage, there a hole at your right so duck under the hole this will lead to another hole so do the same thing.

Step 5 = In the park there a door that you need to pry with the steel pipe that will lead to a truck.

Step 6 = Hug the truck and use the empty gas can, this will fulfill the gas can.

Step 7 = Go in the basement to the Shepherd House and use the gas can on the water pump.
