When you encounter an invisible enemy it is impossible to proceed unless you use the Level Selects, copy the file from each folder and paste over the original, run the patch again with your chosen resolution and run the game, your chosen level will appear after pressing start a few times.
You may need to assign Enter with the config batch file before playing.
