This is a 2.5-D side-scrolling shooter, from Suda 51 / Grasshopper. I first played it on the 360 back in the day, where I had the demo, but never played the full game. So in any case, here we are. Watch the video (slideshow, actually, since it didn't allow me to capture footage with the Switch's built-in capture feature), and see how it holds up, and whether it sounds like something you'd be interested in playing.

Also, if the price seems a little steep-ish, I seem to notice that with a fair number of 2.5 D shoot em ups with good production value. This genre is a fairly niche market these days. I imagine they probably have to count on selling to a relatively limited market, which means if you like these sorts of games, and would like to see more of them, shelling out $20 to $30 is the often the price of admission.
