Sly Cooper Skip Raleigh's Cannon Cutscene
14This trick is very tedious to do, and due to needing 2 horseshoes (one for cannon skip, one for Rocky Start), the total time save with this is only about 5 seconds if done quickly. Skips doing Generator skip twice though.
On the left side of the exit of the pipe is a very small patch where the cutscene's trigger doesn't reach. If you barely jump out from the pipe and go back in, you can grab on top of the pipe backwards, get on top, avoid the snot guard (he can't hit you while you're on the pipe but he can hit you mid jump to the other side), and get to the other side (or alternatively jump on top of the light and jump over or run off the light to other side of pipe), you can go around the trigger.
It doesn't seem like you can go over the trigger, it's too high up. Going around is the only way around it from there. You can also go from the first half of the pipe onto the roof to Gunboat Graveyard, but that would just be a longer route around to the cannon. Could maybe save a couple seconds for 100% though.
