18,969My a-cappella arrangement of "Weird Fishes/Arpeggi" originally by Radiohead.
This song has so many beautiful elements...I could fill this space with paragraphs trying to describe them. My favorite song from the album "In Rainbows" and one of my favorite songs to jam to, period. I did my best to create something different from the original, yet still keep what I loved about the song alive. I ended up with something like 25 vocal tracks, not including the 10 tracks of claps and other percussion. All sounds made by my mouth & hands. I haven't had this many vocals stacked since One Winged Angel!
As I was visualizing a video for this a-cappella, I could only think of being under water. It's fitting that I ended up recording the video for this song in World of Warcraft, because when this album dropped I was diving pretty hard into The Burning Crusade.
