I took a swing at Soul Blazer nearly 30 years ago, and for whatever reason, I didn't stick with it like I did its cousins, ActRaiser and Robotrek. After all this time (and after falling in love with Terranigma and in hate with Illusion of Gaia), SpecificPixel has asked me to give it another go. I'm a sucker for base-building and similar gameplay elements, so I really can't fathom why I didn't enjoy it this much the first time around! Now I'm going for the longplay, and we both hope you'll enjoy coming along for the ride.
