And this ladies and gentlemen is why you do not read every single codex as you pick them up while recording, otherwise you get a hectic series of bookmarks like the one above. *shudders* Anyways, I am so excited we finally got our hands on good ol' Yusaris. That sword is amazing. I don't remember how long I keep it with me, just that Yusaris carries us for a while. Also, fun fact, Yusaris appears on the loading screen of the game. How it wound up in the hands (or rather, collective distractive essence) of Shah Wyrd, I will never know.
Also, can't recall if I ever mentioned it in the recording or not, but for some reason I am convinced that the blood mage we spare is named Maureen. I know she isn't named Maureen, but I just can't help but think that she is, lmao. Anyways, I've always been a bit bummed we never circle back to Maureen (pun unintended), it would've been cool to at least hear some ambient dialogue about it. However, seeing as we hear nothing about it, one can presume she stuck to her word and went on to live a peaceful life in a Chantry somewhere. If you would like to avoid spoilers for the future games, don't read anymore.
My headcanon is that she assists during the Mage-Templar war in DA:I, possibly alongside Mother Giselle or possibly by herself. I definitely have that Leliana tells her which Chantry to seek out. Who knows, maybe she sought out Revered Mother Dorothea and we actually have a blood mage cloistered sister that Divine Justinia V used to her secret advantage. Though that might be a bit too headcanon-y.
