At long last, my channel milestone of 3000 subscribers is finally here: my first hand experience learning to speedrun one of my favourite childhood PlayStation games - Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee.

This is a long time coming, multi-part special detailing the process of what I went through as a casual player of this game, trying to learn how to play a puzzle-oriented platform game fast, in the lead up to the OddSpeed community's 2022 speedrun race: The Oddysee Open!

While part zero acted as a placeholder, featuring the full unedited run I currently have verified on SpeedRun dot com, part one details the process of learning top player tech from a purely novice position.
