Eggstra Work is an exciting limited-time event mode in Splatoon 3, similar to Big Runs. In this mode, players form teams and strive to gather as many Golden Eggs as possible within five waves of intense gameplay. It's a test of teamwork, strategy, and quick reflexes.
As the event concludes, exclusive locker stickers will be awarded based on the highest team-wide Golden Egg total achieved by each player in a single shift. The scores will be ranked against all participating players, with different stickers given to those who achieve high scores in the top 5%, top 20%, or top 50% of all scores. Every player will receive a basic version of the sticker, adding a touch of customization to their locker.
The Spawning Grounds map offers a diverse range of terrains, with various features in each corner. When standing on the sloped platform next to the egg basket and facing the descending slope, you'll find a multilayered slope leading to three small piers just behind the basket. To the right, there's a grated walkway overlooking the lower grounds, and to the left, slopes lead down to a small sandbar. During low tide, the sandbar expands, revealing three protruding landmasses, adding an extra layer of challenge to the gameplay.
