Timmi Allen used to work for the Stasi in the 1980s. The Stasi knew everything about everyone in East Germany. Allen learned all sorts of things there. He now uses the investigative methods he learned in the intelligence service to analyze images of war crimes. He works on this day and night. Does he have something to make up for?

This video is part of an episode of 'In Europe, history caught in the act' with Geert Mak by Stefanie de Brouwer and Roel van Broekhoven. The following people were interviewed.
