Stalker Anomaly 1.5.1.2 Survivalist/Hard | Hero of the Zone/Operation Afterglow #118
25Welcome to another episode (#118) of Stalker Anomaly 1.5.1.2 - played on survivalist/hard mode. This episode contains a mixture of quests, combat, and navigation errors (twice), as well as nearly losing my armour. After having heard about alternative options, I decide not to make a choice at the Wish Granter. Instead, I let Sidorovich about what's happened; he informs me a fan in the Rookie Village wishes to meet me, though I don't get to find out who that was as all hell breaks loose... military, mercenaries, bandits, so I assume he - or she must have died during the chaos?
Additionally, I manage to unlock the Absolver and Infopreneur achievements before moving on to Zaton to decrypt a transmission at the Iron Forrest. Then, this is where more mistakes creep in; I don't know what I was thinking but instead of going to the Workshop building where the mercenaries usually are, I head in the wrong direction. Later, I do the same once again, this time absentmindedly forgetting that the Waste Treatment Station is most definitely not the Ranger Station. Eventually, Operation Afterglow gets underway and finally, I report my findings back to Sidorovich.
