The Stalker BNGL Scout Rifle is for is easily the best rare scout rifle in Destiny. It has average stats but the 2 perks Luck In The Chamber and Explosive Rounds really let this bad boy shine. And the kick ass paint job makes sure everyone knows you are rocking this gun.

The abbreviation BNGL likely stands for "bengal" which is a type of tiger. Bungie just left out all vowels.
