Star Wars: The Bad Batch - S03E10-11 Flash Review SPOILERS #starwars #badbatch
8SPOILERS AHEAD
Episodes 10 and 11 of the final season of "Star Wars: The Bad Batch", 'Identity Crisis' and 'Point of No Return' are a mixed bag. On Tantiss, Dr Emerie Karr is promoted to head up Project Necromancer and we learn that Hemlock is holding three children with high M-counts in a high security vault. We learn that Omega's DNA contains a binding agent that allows the midichlorians to be passed to a new host... or something. Meanwhile, Cad Bane acquires another youngling with Force abilities for Hemlock. As expected, it seems that Emerie is beginning to have doubts about the project.
On Pabu, Clone Force 99 is preparing to leave after Ventress' warning that the Empire is hot on Omega's trail. Unfortunately, the clone assassin gets there first and destroys the Marauder. Stop blowing up the good guys' ships, Disney!!!! The island is quickly overrun by a division of Imperial troops and they begin searching for Omega. Seeing the people suffering, Omega gives herself up and is taken away by the clone assassin.
These were two reasonable entries, with 'Point of No Return' being the superior episode in terms of action. It was interesting, though, seeing the Empire using bounty hunters to round up young Force users and how the population will easily turn on their neighbours. Hmmm... Sounds familiar.
