This tutorial teaches the knowledge required to build proper shield in starmade.

there are two shield blocks in starmade the shield capacitor and the shield recharger but how exactly do they work and how exactly do they behave in a combat or battle situation. well shield recharge is reduced to 1/5 to 1/4 of normal shield regeneration out of combat this also means the energy cost is reduced by these amounts.
