Finished Stella Blade in Story Mode and recorded last 3 boss fights. So I missed entre The Great Desert area (headed straight to the dam). I guess I've missed a field boss there and some upgrades and struggled to beat the Unidentified Naytiba. After I reset all of the skill points and maxed out Triplet Beta skill plus use Beta Charge Gear, Beta Enhancement Gear and Beta Recovery Gear and Beta Trance-Type Exospine I finally defeated her.
