Stellaris | Galactic Custodian and The Imperium | How to Rig Elections
So if there was one thing that Nemesis and the 3.0 update really expanded upon, it's diplomacy. Sure you have the ability to become the crisis now and terrorize the galaxy, however, the ways you can manipulate and threaten others now has drastically expanded. Naturally, the most direct way to get people to do what you want is to invade people, but if you want to take an indirect approach you can now do that. Espionage I’ll be covering in the next video, but it is very much a harmful action. The Galactic Community on the other hand allows you to work either with or against people to help and hinder them - Nemesis has expanded upon this system with some new mechanics, allowing you to now take control of the games, sometimes, without firing a single shot. Let's have a dive into this.
