I'm back. Managed to complete this last week on stream a few days before final DLC came out. For DLC2, this is the hardest accomplishment (aside from self handicapping yourself with dragon trials). Beating the Floor 99 challenge gets you to Floor 100, which was the max before final DLC came out. The final portal consistent of a 10 boss gauntlet that is randomized each time you enter the portal. When in the portal, though, you can retry the same consistent list of bosses until you back out or close the game. So if you get a rough set of bosses, you can try backing out. Here were the list of bosses:

9:30 Iron Giant
13:40 Bikke
16:40 Behemoth
18:48 Element
20:10 Chaos Tiamat
23:06 Cray Claw
