One of my all-time
childhood favorites
as well as being The
Best One in The Franchise
on Sega Genesis from 1992

The plot follows the events
after The First One from 1991
where this time Mr. X The
Syndicate Boss who was
destroyed originally has
now come back to life
stronger than ever and
of course he takes
Adam Hunter (playable in
The First One and then again
The Fourth One only)
who has him held as hostage.
So now it’s up to Axel Stone,
Blaze Fielding, along with
Max ‘Thunder’ Hatchet who’s
a Former Professional Wrestler
and Eddie ‘Skate’ Hunter {younger
brother to Adam Hunter} that
are The Two New Playable
Characters join them to
not only rescue Adam Hunter
from Mr. X, but also put an
end to his Crime Syndicated Wave that’s taking over the city as before.

I’ve played this game
like many times even
with another player and
like it despite I never
played The First One
from 1991-- but did
remember it till I did
play it via Emulator
and liked it, plus I did
played The Third One
from 1994 as well but
didn’t like The Multiple
Endings and changes
though I liked it still
from back then.

However The Second One
from 1992 is my most favorite
one and beat it like lots of times
even on Hardest and Mania
Difficulty Mode-- which that
can only be unlock and
selectable on The Options
Menu when you use The
Giving Code after you beat it on
Hardest Mode or use a Specific
Game Genie Code the easy way
only (whichever you prefer), but
be prepared to face even more
tougher enemies and bosses
including a Fourth Robot Boss Character on Stage 7 where it
makes the whole gameplay get
even more chaotic throughout
all 8 Stages.

Anyway I highly recommend
it and my Rating is a 10 out 10,
but don’t forget to check out
The First One from 1991,
The Third One from 1994
(Dr. Gilbert Zan replaces
Max ‘Thunder’ Hatchet as
a The New Playable Character
but Max appears as a cameo
at the last scene from The
Ending Credits via The
Good Ending only, plus
it has only 7 Stages instead
of 8 Stages) and of course
The Fourth One that came
out back in 2020 also but
unfortunately Eddie ‘Skate’
Hunter is not featured in
that one however.

Remember The
Gameplay Footage is
for Axel Stone only where
it’s played on Hardest Mode
Difficulty and of course
The Next Three Characters
will be next in separate clips,
which they each have their
own different fighting
skills including special
moves where only two
costs your life bar unless
you use a Certain Game Genie
Code to have both characters
not lose any life from using
the special moves at all when
using The Sega Genesis
Emulator only.

Remember The First One
from 1991 is the only one
that didn’t have any special
moves for The Three Characters
where instead they summon
a police car that fires
explosives where it damages
to all enemies and bosses
on screen except it
cannot be used in The
8th and Final Stage only…

Also The Ending Sequence
is shown with it for this
one only and will not be
shown again for The Next
Three Characters in the next clips.
