1The Super Mario RPG remake is a gorgeous update of a classic. It’s incredibly charming and fun, keeping everything that made the original great while pouring on decades of technical improvements. It’s a wonderful little adventure that every Mario (or console RPG) fan should play.
However, it also costs $60 and adds little content besides a few postgame boss fights and combat features that make the already easy game even less challenging. Metroid Prime Remastered presents an even longer and more action-packed campaign for just $40, and Tactics Ogre Reborn has much more meat on its bones already while still feeling pricey at $50. - Pcmag
