It seems like this batch of spirit battles inspired by Super Mario Bros Wonder and Princess Peach Showtime could be the last ones we'll get for the game now... according to Nintendo's twitter regarding their anniversary plans for Smash Bros... as well as what everyone is saying... after we initially thought Evil Ryu was going to be the last spirit in the game. Okay this time it's a more valid claim now that all the fighters' amiibo figures are released and Sakurai has stated that work on Ultimate is truly done. I'm just saying that I won't be surprised if another spirit event with new spirits gets announced out of the blue in the future.
As for the main feature of this event. You got an Up-Smash spamming Peach. Okay. A few different assist trophies come out during the battle. Alright, that's a little unique. Probably the annoying thing here is the tiny Kirby that's very hard to hit without some large hitboxes on your fighter's attacks.
