In this episode, Eugeo has to make a decision about the fate of an NPC family.

And aside from possibly actually taking some steps into spoiler territory (I dont know if any events in Alicization ends up with Eugeo being in the state he is in at his arrival in Hollow Realization), gameverse is once again back to tip-toeing around spoiler territory very carefully. Especially the second event in this episode comes very close, but luckily, Eugeo has no memory of it. But If we consider this DLC appearences of Eugeo and Alice, considering Eugeo is suffering a memory loss and thus doesn't remember any specifics, this may actually suggest towards an unaltered Alicization plot future games, which is interesting to say the least. So far, we have never gotten direct adaptations, only partial adaptations with significant plot changes. But what this means is that the gameverse actually may go a different path than its cheerful stories, towards something very grim that once again affects real lifes of characters and some serious implications.

Of course we do not know if Alice and Eugeo appearences here are canon at all for the gameverse, but considering Hollow Games easter eggs from the past have been proven canon such as Yuuki appearing at the end of Hollow Fragment, there is a chance that these events here are indeed canon, unlike their appearences in AWvsSAO.
